    The engineer understands the concepts and phenomena of chemistry. He/she is familiar with the analytical potentian of his discipline. He masters the sampling techniques used in his own field. He can apply knowledge of chemistry in hos work.

    The engineer understands unit operations and process entities. He masters balance calculations of processes. He masters the balance calculations of process equipment. He is familiar with the dimensioning of unit operations. He understands process dynamics and control technoques.

Description of learning outcomes in the field of study

The aims of the degree course are a sound basic knowledge of natural sciences, troubleshooting, analytical skills as well as technical mastery and methods for development. In addition, students learn to develop their communicative and interactive skills and also master internal and external entrepreneurship.

Chemistry and Technology

The student knows Chemistry and he can apply it to industrial processes. He knows the unit operations and he is able of dimensioning and analysing them. He can connect them to industrial processes and analyse the operation of the process. He has a broad understanding of environmental questions. He masters the economy of production processes. He has a language skill that is sufficient for an engineer working in an international surrounding.

Description of learning outcomes in the advanced studies

The student understands ecology and the impact of industrial and domestic activity on the surrounding. He knows how to apply BAT in planning. He can choose and dimension cleaning equipment. He is able of planning ( individually or as a member of a group) water plants and waste water plants. He knows the legislation and administration of the environmental field.
